摘　　要：酸皮膨胀抑制剂是指在制革浸酸中为了防止酸对裸皮的作用过于强烈,而用于保障酸皮质量的一种化工材料。在传统工艺里,浸酸所用的食盐如今已成为制革清洁化生产中应该避免或者替换的对象。对现行的酸皮膨胀抑制剂的研究状况进行梳理,分别论述了无机盐、磺酸及其化合物、酚类缩聚物等对酸皮的抑制机理及应用工艺,并针对酸皮膨胀抑制剂的分子结构设计提供了建议,旨在为后续的研究提供一定的理论基础。In the pickling of leather making process, swelling inhibitor for pickled hides is a kind of chemical material used to prevent the too strong swelling effect from acids and assure the quality of hides. In traditional process, salt used in pickling has been substituted in leather clean production process. The present situation of swelling inhibitor for pickled hides was introduced, including the inhibition mechanism and application technology of the inorganic salt, sulfonic acid and its compounds, phenol condensation polymer. Some suggestions have been provided in the molecular structure design of the inhibitor, which aims to provide certain theoretical basis to subsequent researchs.
