摘 要:为了研究不同浓度的水溶性溶剂对皮革涂层的影响,采用不同浓度的乙醇、异丙醇和乙二醇乙醚溶液对硝化棉、丙烯酸和聚氨酯3种皮革涂层表面进行擦拭,以模拟皮革清洁过程,测试擦拭前后皮革表面涂层的颜色、光泽、柔软度和形貌等变化,研究不同浓度的溶剂对皮革涂层的影响。试验结果表明:溶剂对硝化棉涂层擦色牢度影响最大,对聚氨酯涂层的影响最小。浓度在20%左右的乙醇溶液、10%的异丙醇和30%的乙二醇乙醚对皮革涂层的擦拭影响最小,溶剂的浓度过高或过低都会增大对皮革涂层的影响;乙二醇乙醚的浓度越高,对皮革涂层的伤害越大,因此高浓度的乙二醇乙醚可用于去除旧涂层的清洁。本研究将为皮革清洁剂配方的优化提供参考。In order to study the influence of different water - based solvents on leather coating, the different concentrations of ethyl alcohol, isopropyl alcohol and ethylene glycol ethyl ether were used to wipe the surfaces of finished leathers with nitrocellulose, polyaerylic and polyurethane coating respectively to simulate the situation of leather cleaning as usual. The changes of the color, glossiness, softness and morphology were tested to evaluate the influence of different solvents on leather coating. The results show that the solvents have significant influence on nitrocellulose finished leather, while have little influence on polyurethane finished leathe. The 20% ethyl alcohol solution, 10% isopropyl alcohol solution and 30% ethylene glycol ethyl ether have no discernible effect on the leather coating. And the higher or the lower concentration of the solvents, the bigger the damage is. The higher the concentration of the ethylene glycol ethyl ether the greater the damage on the leather coating is. Therefore it may be used to clean the older finished coating. This research could provide an important reference on leather cleaning recipe.
