摘　　要：英国学派人权思想经历了四代学者的继承与发展,是其国际社会理论体系的重要组成部分。英国学派在人权的普遍性与特殊性之间寻求一种折中的道路,主张人权是实然和应然两个层次的统一,是人类历史和文化建构的产物,人权思想贯穿于多元主义和社会连带主义论争全过程。英国学派认为人权与人的安全紧密联系在一起,强调规则、制度对于人权保护的作用,以全球化和全球治理为切入点,注重对现实问题的实证分析,同时具有鲜明的西方价值观色彩。Human Rights Thought of the English School has experienced the succession and development of four generations of scholars,which is an important part of international social theory.The English school has been seeking a compromise between universality and particularity of human rights;the product of history and cultural construction;throughout the course of development there has existed the Solidarist-Pluralist debate;and is closely related to people's security.It emphasizies rules and system;pays attention to the reality,is in harmony with globalization;and embodies western values.
