摘  要:目的探讨功劳木外洗剂联合喷氧防治乳腺癌放疗引起的放射性皮炎的临床效果。方法将乳腺癌根治术后行放疗患者共51例,随机分为对照组25例,观察组26例。对照组放疗后采用常规饮食及健康宣教,观察组放疗后在采用常规饮食及健康宣教基础上,采用功劳木洗剂外敷,并且对放射性皮炎Ⅱ度患者采用换药联合高流量喷氧治疗。观察分析两组放疗后胸壁皮肤的放射性炎症反应情况。结果两组临床疗效差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论功劳木外洗剂联合喷氧减少乳腺癌放疗后放射性皮炎明显优于对照组。可以更好地保护胸壁皮肤,重拾患者生存信心,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the combined treatment of the Gonglaomu external lotion combined with oxygen injection in the treatment of radiation dermatitis caused by radiotherapy for breast cancer. Methods 51 cases of breast cancer after radical mastectomy were randomly divided into the control group (25 cases) and the observation group (26 cases). After radiotherapy in control group with normal diet and health education, and after radiotherapy in the observation group on the regular diet and health education on the basis, the Gonglaomu lotion for external use and in patients with radiodermatitis degree Ⅱ by medicine combined with high flow oxygen spray treatment. Analysis of the radioactive inflammatory reaction of two groups of radiotherapy for chest wall skin was observed. Results The difference of clinical curative effect between the two groups was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion The treatment of radiation dermatitis by the combination of the external lotion combined with oxygen injection in breast cancer was significantly better than that in the control group. It is not only can protect the skin of the chest wall better, but also regain the confidence of patients, it is worthy of clinical application.
