瑞舒伐他汀钙对脑梗死患者颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的疗效及血脂、C反应蛋白水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨瑞舒伐他汀钙治疗脑梗死患者颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的疗效及对患者血脂、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平的影响。方法选取医院收治的脑梗死合并颈动脉粥样硬化斑块患者547例,根据治疗方法不同将其分为研究组274例与对照组273例,对照组给予常规抗血小板聚集治疗,研究组在常规抗血小板聚集治疗的基础上外加瑞舒伐他汀治疗。观察并比较两组患者颈动脉斑块积分变化、血脂水平变化及CRP水平变化情况。结果与治疗前相比,两组患者治疗6,12个月后颈动脉斑块积分、血脂指标、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)及CRP水平均明显降低,HDL-C水平明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且研究组上述指标改善程度均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论瑞舒伐他汀治疗脑梗死合并颈动脉粥样硬化斑块患者疗效显著,能有效逆转颈动脉粥样硬化斑块,明显改善血脂代谢水平,降低CRP水平,值得临床推广。Objective To study the efficacy of rosuvastatin calcium on the carotid atherosclerotic plaque and its effect on blood lipid and C- reactive protein levels of patients with cerebral infarction. Methods 547 cases of cerebral infarction patients with carotid atherosclerotic plaques were selected and divided into the research group（n=274） and the control group（n=273） according to different treatment. The control group was given routine antiplatelet aggregation treatment, and the research group was added with rosuvastatin calcium on the basis of the control group. The changes of carotid atherosclerotic plaque, blood lipid level and C- reactive protein level were observed and compared. Results Compared with before treatment, the carotid atherosclerotic plaque, TC, TG, LDL-C and CRP levels in the two groups 6 and 12 months aftert treatment were significantly lowered, and the HDL- C level was significantly increased（ P 〈 0.05）; the above indicators in the research group were significantly better than the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Rosuvastatin calcium in treating patients with cerebral infarction combined with carotid atherosclerotic plaques has signifi- cant efficacy, can effectively reverse the carotid atherosclerotic plaques, obviously improve blood lipid metabolism, lower CRP levels, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
