子宫切除术后女性围绝经症状横断面研究

摘　　要：目的 了解子宫切除术后女性出现围绝经症状的时间、严重程度、持续时间、就医及缓解情况。方法 随机抽取2011~2012年在武汉同济医院行子宫切除的111位患者进行电话随访,通过改良的Kupperman评分表对患者的围绝经症状进行评估,并记录其各项围绝经症状出现和持续的时间以及治疗和缓解情况。结果 随访到104例女性中改良Kupperman评分正常60例,症状轻度19例、中度24例、重度1例;最常出现的症状分别是潮热出汗49.0%、疲乏42.3%和焦躁32.7%,多项症状在术后早期出现且持续至随访点未缓解;缓解情况与就医相关。结论 子宫切除的女性术后早期即出现围绝经症状,且持续1~2年无自动缓解;出现症状时就医可有效缓解围绝经症状。Objective To investigate the occurrence, severity, duration, treatment and remission rate of menopausal symptoms in hysterectomized women. Methods A total of 111 women who received hysterectomy in our Hospital from 2011 to 2012 were random- ly selected. The patients were interviewed to access the menopausal symptoms though modified Kupperman Index and the prevalence, duration,treatment and remission rate of each symptom were recorded by using a questionnaire. Results Among the 104 interviewed women,60 were normal, 19 were mild,24 were moderate,and 1 was severe symptomatic accessed by Kupperman Index. The three most prevalent symptoms were hot flushes （49.0%） ,feeling tired （42. 3% ） and dysphoria （32. 7% ）. Many symptoms appeared immediate- ly after operation and continuously existed to the day of follow-up. The remission rate was correlated with medical treatment. Conclusion Menopausal symptoms might appear immediately after hysterectomy and might be lasting unless medication is given.
