摘　　要：[目的/意义]恐怖主义数据库建设是应对日益严重的恐怖主义威胁的重要方法,全球恐怖主义数据库(GTD)是世界上最全面也最成熟的恐怖主义数据库,对这个数据库的研究、学习和借鉴,对于中国相关领域的建设和反恐斗争具有重要的意义。[方法/过程]通过研究全球恐怖主义数据库,分析其定义和标准,梳理其文本编码和数字化策略,数据采编和检索平台,掌握恐怖主义数据库的建设方法和思路。[结果/结论]在中国的利益不断向全球拓展,一带一路战略大规模实施的当下,建设中国的反恐数据库是一个日益紧迫的任务,而GTD具有一定的借鉴价值。[ Purpuse/Significance] Terrorism database construction is an important way to deal with the growing threat of terrorism, the United States Global Terrorism Database （GTD） is the world＇s most comprehensive and sophisticated terrorism database. Research and learning of GTD is of great significance for China in the construction of related fields and the fight against terrorism. [ Method/Process] By studying the US Global Terrorism Database, the research analyzes its definitions and standards, combs its text encoding and digital strategy, integrated approach to data retrieval and editing platform, thus to grasp the global trends and characteristics of terrorism database construction. [ Results/Conclusions] In the course of interest expansion to other areas around the globe for China and to achieve the desired implementation effect for its great strategy of ＂One belt, one road＂, the construction of China＇s anti-terrorism database is an increasingly urgent task, and the GTD has a certain reference value.
