专利诉讼视角下的中文输入法专利竞争态势分析

摘　　要：[目的/意义]近年来,中文输入法专利竞赛日趋激烈,专利侵权诉讼也频繁发生。分析我国中文输入法专利信息,探究专利诉讼频发的原因,将有助于了解中文输入法专利竞争态势和企业制定相应的专利应对策略。[方法/过程]以中国知识产权局数据库为数据来源,从五个方面对我国中文输入法专利情报进行了分析。[结果/结论]研究结果表明:中文输入法专利处于成长期,并呈集中趋势;搜狗公司凭借其专利质量优势采取专利进攻战略,通过提起大规模专利诉讼来达到遏制竞争对手的目的。[ Purpose/Significance]In Recent years, Chinese character input method patent infringement litigation occurred frequently a- long with the increasingly drastic competition. Analyzing Chinese character input method patent information and exploring the cause of fre- quent patent litigation in recent years are very helpful for better understanding of the competition situation of Chinese input method patents, and enable enterprises to develop appropriate patent strategies. [ Method/Process] This paper analyzes Chinese input method patent infor- mation from five aspects based on China Intellectual Property Office database. [ Result/Conclusion] The result shows that Chinese input method patent is in the formative growth stage, and has a tendency of centralization. Sogou company took a patent offensive strategy based on its patent quality advantage and used patent litigation to curb competitors.
