摘　　要：[目的/意义]针对海洋战略环境下的各类海上平台/系统间的情报数据"信息孤岛"和数据冗余现象,提出了一种面向多源异构情报的数据交互共享解决方案,可实现不同海洋情报信息系统间的异构数据集成共享与交互访问。[方法/过程]该方案采用分布式分级数据共享架构组织情报资源共享,并结合现有多种海洋元数据标准共性特征提炼海洋共享元数据标准规范,然后采用模块化目录树结构构建反映任务或资源结构特征的共享词汇元数据集合,并描述了情报元数据生成与访问交互过程。[结果/结论]此方案为海上情报数据提供了一种规范、灵活的描述方法,并为分布的、由多种数据资源有机构成的海洋战略环境情报信息体系提出了一种有效的信息集成与交互共享机制。[ Purpose/Significance ] For the phenomenon of information isolated and data redundancy between offshore platforms in ocean strategy environment, a data interacting and sharing scheme for multi-source heterogeneous intelligence is proposed to achieve heterogene- ous data integrating and interacting for different ocean intelligence information system. [ Method,/Proeess] It adopts distributing grading share frame to organize intelligence resources sharing, refines the criterion of ocean sharing metadata based on the general character of vari- ous ocean metadata standards, and establishes the sharing glossary metadata set by modular directory tree structure, and then describes the process of creation and alternation for intelligence metadata. [ Result/Conclusion] This scheme provides a kind of normative and vivid de- scription method for ocean intelligence data, and proposes an effective integrating and sharing mechanism for ocean strategy environment intelligence system, which is composed of various data resources.
