摘 要:为实现磺酰脲类除草剂的定性和定量测定,用乙腈提取土壤中的磺酰脲类除草剂,经弗罗里硅土柱净化,用液相色谱-串联质谱(LC-MS/MS)法同时测定土壤中6种磺酰脲类除草剂残留。结果表明,测定定量限可达1.0 ng/m L以下,回收率范围为84.2%-95.0%,RSD为2.9%-6.7%,符合中国农药残留检测相关标准的要求。In order to realize the qualitative and quantitative detection of sulfonylurea herbicide,the sulfonylurea herbicides were extracted from soil by methyl cyanide and purified by Florisil column firstly, then six kinds of sulfonylurea herbicide residues in soil were simultaneously determined by using liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. The test results showed that,the limit of quantification was lower than 1.0 ng/mL,the recovery was in the range 84.2-95.0%,and RSD was in 2.9%-6.7%,which were consistent with requirements of the relative standards in pesticide residues detection of China.
