摘 要:用SPSS 19.0软件对8个葡萄(Vitis vinifera L.)品种主要浆果品质性状进行主成分分析,性状包括可溶性固形物含量、可滴定酸含量、维生素C含量、糖含量、果形指数。通过降维处理,以3个新的主成分代表原有的5个指标,结果反映了原浆果品质性状83.334%的原始指标信息,表明该分析方法科学、简便、可行,分析结果可作为葡萄择优的指标。Using SPSS 19.0, pincipal component analysis was conducted to investigate the main fruit characteristics of eight grape(Vitis L.) cativars, including soluble solids content, vitamin C content, titratable acids content, sugar content, index of fruit shape. 3 main compositions were extracted by dimension reduction, as the accumulative variance contribution was 83.334%, which could reflected the main fruiting characteristics. It was suggested that the method of principal component analysis was scientific and simple, the results could be used as the indicator for grape selection.
