摘 要:为了分析生物质气与煤混合燃烧对锅炉燃烧过程以及运行性能的影响,基于Aspen Plus建立了生物质气化以及合成气与煤混合燃烧模型,对不同煤种与含水率为20%的松木气化合成气的混燃过程以及燃烧产物排放特性进行研究,得到了在不同生物质气掺烧比例下的锅炉最高燃烧温度、排烟体积、排烟温度、锅炉效率以及燃烧产物的变化规律。结果表明:在锅炉输入总热量不变的情况下,随着生物质气掺烧比例由0%增加到30%,混烧后的最高燃烧温度随着煤种质量的降低而降低,但排烟温度逐渐增大;烟气飞灰减少,机械未完全燃烧热损失减小,导致锅炉效率逐渐增加。In order to analyze the influence of co-combustion of biomass gas and coal on combustion process and operation performance of the boiler,the biomass gasification model and the syngas and coal co-firing model were established by Aspen plus.The co-firing process and emission characteristics of combustion products from mixtures of different coals with biomass gas from pine gasification with 20% moisture content were investigated.The change rules of the highest combustion temperature,the flue gas volume,flue gas temperature,boiler efficiency and combustion products were obtained under different co-firing conditions.The results show that,under conditions with constant total input heat of the boiler,when the co-firing ratio of the biomass gas increased from 0%to 30%,the highest combustion temperature decreased with the coal quality,while the exhaust temperature increased gradually.The exhaust volume rose continuously and reached its maximum value when the biomass gas' s co-firing ratio reahced 20%.The fly ash in flue gas decreased,the mechanical incomplete combustion heat loss reduced,and the boiler efficiency rose gradually.
