摘 要:为了提高MPS中速磨煤机运行的安全性和稳定性,从物质和能量平衡的角度出发,基于系统动力学原理及MPS中速磨煤机工作原理,以因果关系图和存量流量图为载体,建立MPS中速磨煤机系统模型,并以MPS190中速磨煤机为例,使用系统动力学软件Vensim PLE对所建模型进行给煤量阶跃增大和入口温度阶跃增大的仿真实验。对比所建模型与传统系统微分方程模型的仿真结果表明,本文所建模型能够正确反映MPS中速磨煤机的特性,系统动力学阐述简单、便于理解,可以对电厂MPS中速磨煤机进行有效建模与研究。To improve the safety and stability of MPS medium speed coal mill operation,from the perspective of mass and energy balance,based on the principles of system dynamics and by taking the casual loop diagrams and the stock flow diagrams as the carrier,MPS medium speed coal mill system model was established according to its working principle.Moreover,by taking the MPS190 medium speed coal mill as the research object,the simulation experiment of the model was carried out in the system dynamics software Vensim PLE to simulate the step increase of coal quantity and that of inlet air temperature.The comparison between the simulation results and differential equation model simulation results shows that,the established model can accurately reflect the characteristics of MPS medium speed coal mill,the system dynamics is simple and easy to understand,which can conduct efficient modeling and research for MPS medium speed coal mills in power plants.
