摘  要:为解决二次再热塔式锅炉再热蒸汽调温的技术难题,本文在介绍现有调温方式及特点的基础上,以某1 000 MW机组二次再热塔式锅炉为例,提出了采用组合式高温受热面,一次再热器受热面和二次再热器受热面并列布置,一次再热器受热面和二次再热器受热面两级串联,一次再热器冷段和二次再热器冷段均布置辐射受热面等再热蒸汽调温设计方案,并取得了良好的效果,可为其他同类电厂工程设计提供参考。In order to solve the technical problems of reheat steam temperature control for double-reheat tower boilers,this paper presented the current methods and characteristics of reheat steam temperature regulation in double-reheat tower boilers.On this basis,by taking the reheat steam temperature regulation project in a double-reheat tower boiler as the example,a new rehat steam temperature adjustment scheme was put forward.In this scheme,the combined high temperature heating surface is applied,parallel arrangement and two-stage cascade arrangement of heating surface of the primary reheater and the secondary reheater are applied,and radiation heating surface is arranged at cold section of the secondary reheater.The application results show well reheat steam temperature control effect.
