摘  要:为提升穿管敷设电缆载流量,建立了全尺寸的模拟载流量试验系统,通过理论和试验分析研究了低热阻系数回填材料对提升穿管敷设电缆载流量的作用。采用温升试验评估了10 k V三芯电缆在3×3排管群以及110 k V单芯电缆在单根穿管内采用低热阻系数回填前后载流量的变化。结果表明,可流动低热阻系数回填材料能有效改善穿管敷设电缆的载流量;与填充前相比,回填后3×3排管群敷设电缆的载流量提升了17.2%,单根穿管敷设电缆的载流量提升了14.5%,3×3穿管电缆群最热电缆外部热阻下降了23.4%,与IEC 60287标准的分析结果相符。低热阻材料能消除穿管内密闭空气对电缆散热的不良影响,有效提升电缆载流量。In order to improve the ampacity of power cables in ducts, we established a full-size simulating experimental setup system including 3×3 duct banks and a cable trench. The cable temperature-rise experiments were performed with a 10 kV three-core cable in 3x3 duct banks and a 110 kV single-core cable in duct before and after backfill, respectively. The experimental results show that when the ducts are full of backfill, the ampacity of the cable in 3×3 duct bank and the single cable in a duct will increase by 17.2% and 14.5%, respectively. Compared with backfill or not, the external thermal resistance of the cable laying in 3×3 duct bank will decrease by 23.4%. The theoretical analysis results of IEC 60287 standard are consistent with those of test and calculation. Moreover, the low thermal resistivity backfill can eliminate the bad influence of the heat dissipating of air gap in conduit and can effectively improve the ampacity of the cable in conduit.
