摘  要:为分析振动载荷对交联聚乙烯(XLPE)绝缘电缆的绝缘状态和运行可靠性的影响,评估热老化过程中施加振动载荷后XLPE绝缘材料微观结构及性能的变化,将2组XLPE试样分别放在恒温箱和恒温-振动箱内进行老化试验,其中在恒温-振动箱内的XLPE试样同时承受温度和振动载荷的作用。将2种老化方式下的XLPE试样在不同老化时间点的微观结构、机械性能、介电性能、热过程、耐电性能等进行比对测试。研究结果表明:在相同的老化时间下,施加振动载荷作用的XLPE试样的微观结构、机械性能、介电性能、耐电性能明显区别于的未施加振动载荷作用的XLPE试样;且存在一个老化时间限值(900~1 200 h),超过这个限制后施加振动载荷作用的XLPE试样的性能明显劣于未施加振动载荷的试样,充分证明了振动载荷对XLPE绝缘老化的加速特性。In order to analyze the insulation state and operating reliability of the XLPE cable line under vibration load, and to evaluate the changes of the microstructure and properties of the XLPE insulation material, in the process of its thermal aging after applying vibration loads, aging test were conducted on two groups of XLPE samples, which were in the constant temperature and temperature-vibration boxes respectively. In the temperature-vibration box, the XLPE sampies were endured the effect of heat and mechanical vibration. The micro structure, mechanical properties, dielectric properties, thermal process, resistance to electrical properties at different aging time point of the XLPE samples under two aging conditions were compared and tested. The results show that: the micro structure, mechanical properties, dielectric properties, resistance to electrical properties of XLPE samples in the constant temperature and temperature-vibration boxes were obvious different from that of XLPE samples in the constant temperatures under the same aging time temperature aging; and there exists a certain aging time limit, when exceeding this limit, the properties of XLPE samples applied with vibration loads were inferior to that of samples without vibration loads, which has fully proved the accelerate cha- racteristics of the vibration loads for the aging of XLPE insulation.
