摘 要:为了明确长时间的极低频电磁场(ELF-EMFs)暴露对SD大鼠血液生化和肝肾功能的影响,制作了1个可以稳定产生均匀磁场(磁感应强度为100μT)的装置,并将128只SD大鼠暴露于其中,每天暴露20 h时间,共暴露12周时间,同时采用128只未接受暴露的SD大鼠作为对照。暴露期间每隔4周时间进行了SD大鼠血液生化检测。暴露结束后,取SD大鼠的肝脏、肾脏进行了组织形态学染色和检测。血液生化检测结果显示:电磁场暴露对SD大鼠肝功能(谷丙转氨酶和谷草转氨酶)、肾功能(血尿素氮和肌酐)、血糖、血脂(总胆固醇、总甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白和低密度脂蛋白)、血电解质(钙离子和镁离子)均没有影响。组织形态学检测结果显示:肝脏的苏木素-伊红染色提示极低频电磁场暴露对SD大鼠的肝脏正常结构没有影响,炎性细胞染色结果提示暴露组SD大鼠肝脏中无明显炎性细胞浸润;类似地,肾脏的苏木素-伊红染色结果提示极低频电磁场暴露对SD大鼠的肾脏结构没有影响,马松染色结果提示暴露组SD大鼠肾脏中无明显纤维化病变。由此可得结论:极低频电磁场暴露对SD大鼠血液生化和肝肾功能没有影响。In order to assess the effects of extremely-low-frequency electromagnetic fields (ELF-EMFs) on the blood chemistry in SD rats, we constructed a stable exposure system generating uniform ELF-EMFs (100 μT). SD rats were subjected to the exposure system for 12 weeks, 20 hours per day. At the same time, another 128 SD rats in control group were subjected to the sham exposure. During the exposure, the blood chemistry was determined for every 4 weeks. The liver and the kidney were collected after the exposure, and the hematoxylin-eosin (HE) staining was conducted. Results revealed that the liver function (alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST)), the renal function (blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and creatinine (Cr)), the blood glucose, the lipid profile (total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high density lipoprotein (HDL), low density lipoprotein (LDL)), as well as the blood calcium (Ca) and magnesium (Mg) were not affected by the exposure to the ELF-EMFs. Results from the HE staining revealed that the structure of the liver and kidney showed no difference between the two groups. Moreover, no obvious infiltrations of inflammatory cells were observed in rat liver; while no obvious fibrosis was observed in rat renal. In conclusion, ELF-EMFs have no effect on the blood chemistry fimction in rats.
