摘 要:为研究极低频电磁场(ELF-EMFs)对SD大鼠造血系统的影响,从而合理利用电力资源预防疾病的发生,将128只SD雄性大鼠随机分成2组,即暴露组和对照组,将暴露组大鼠置于磁感应强度为100μT、频率为50 Hz的极低频电磁场暴露装置中,每天暴露20 h,连续暴露12周;而对照组SD大鼠不接受极低频电磁场的暴露。分别在暴露前和暴露12周后对SD大鼠的血常规进行检测。在暴露结束后,取SD大鼠的股骨和脾脏进行苏木素-伊红染色,并观察其结构。此外,还对SD大鼠的骨髓活检进行了细胞学分析,并对其脾脏组织中的细胞分类进行了检测。结果表明:暴露组与对照组SD大鼠的外周血液白细胞计数、中性粒细胞比例和淋巴细胞比例没有统计学差异;且极低频电磁场暴露对SD大鼠的红细胞计数、血红蛋白浓度和血小板计数没有影响;SD大鼠骨髓以及脾脏的苏木素-伊红染色显示极低频电磁场暴露对其造血器官结构没有影响。骨髓活检结果显示极低频磁场暴露并未导致SD大鼠的骨髓发生细胞学异常,脾脏细胞分类计数表明暴露组与对照组之间各类细胞分类并无差异。由此可得结论:磁感应强度为100μT、频率为50 Hz的极低频电磁场暴露对SD大鼠的造血系统没有影响。In order to study the effects of extremely-low-frequency electromagnetic fields (ELF-EMFs) on the hematopoietic system of SD rats. 128 SD rats were divided into 2 groups, the exposure group and the control group. The SD rats in the exposure group were subjected to an ELF-EMFs with a magnetic induction intensity of 100 μT and a frequency of 50 Hz for 12 weeks, 20 hours per day; while the SD rats in the control group were put to a similar device without ELF-EMFs. The peripheral blood hematogram was carried out for all the rats before the exposure and after 12 weeks of exposure. Moreover, the femur and spleen of the SD rats were collected and subjected to haematoxylin-eosin (HE) staining at the end of the exposure period, and their structures were observed. Further, the bone marrow biopsy of the SD rats were analyzed in cytology, and the cell types in spleen of the SD rats were detected. The results show that, compared with the SD rats in the control group, the SD rats in the exposure group have no difference in the white blood cell count, the ratio of neutrophil and the ratio of lymphocyte. Meanwhile, results of the red blood cell count, hemoglobin concentration and platelet count show no significant difference between the two groups. The HE staining results show that the structures of the bone marrow and spleen for the SD rats are not affected by the ELF-EMFs exposure. Moreover, the bone marrow biopsy analyses show that the ELF-EMFs exposure have not led to abnormal cytology of the SD rats bone marrows, and there are no differences in spleen cell types between the rats in exposure group and control group. The results above prove that the ELF-EMFs with a magnetic induction intensity of 100 μT and a frequency of 50 Hz have no effects on the hematopoietic system of the SD rats.
