摘 要:为解决现有电除尘器(ESP)体积庞大、微细粉尘去除效率低的问题,设计了一套烟气流量为3 000 m3/h的单区式双涡旋型极板电除尘器,并通过实验研究了工作电压U、有效收尘面积A、烟气流速υ以及粉尘粒径dp等因素对单区式双涡旋型极板电除尘器除尘效率的影响,同时比较了该除尘器与传统结构电除尘器在性能上的差异。实验结果表明:当工作电压U为18~19 k V、有效除尘面积A为2.7 m2、烟气流速υ为2.5~3.5 m/s时,除尘效率η可以维持在99%以上;粒径在0~10μm范围内时,尘粒的捕集效率稍低,但也能够达到93.66%。研究结果表明单区式双涡旋型极板电除尘器具有明显的技术经济优势,有望解决现有电除尘器中存在的技术问题,可为该种除尘器的工业应用和推广提供理论依据。In order to solve the existing problems of electrostatic precipitator (ESP) that the removal efficiency of fine particles is low and the ESP is also bulky, a single-stage double-vortex collecting plate ESP that processes up to 3 000 m3/h of real flue gas was designed to investigate the effects of the applied voltage U, effective collecting area A, gas velocity o, and the partical diameter dp on the collection efficiency of this novel ESP. The performance of the single-stage double-vortex collecting plate ESP was further compared to that of the traditional ESP. Based on the above results, when the applied voltage U is about 18-19 kV, the effective collecting area A is 2.7 m2, and the gas velocity o is between 2.5-3.5 m/s, the efficiency η can remain above 99%, the collecting efficiency of fine particles between 0-10 μm is slightly low, but it can also reach 93.66%. The results show that the single-stage double-vortex collecting plate ESP has obvious technical and economic advantages that can solve the technical problems of the existing ESP. The research results provide theoretical basis for industrial application and popularization of the single-stage double-vortex collecting plate ESP.
