摘  要:为了考察等离子体活化空气产生臭氧对脱硫浆液中亚硫酸钙的氧化作用,采用沿面放电等离子体发生装置,探究了放电电压、曝气量、曝气气体温度以及亚硫酸钙浆液的浓度和温度等参数对亚硫酸钙氧化率的影响。结果表明,在室温条件下,当亚硫酸钙浓度为0.01 mol/L时,放电电压取15 k V、曝气量取1.0 m3/h时具有较好的放电氧化效果;较低的曝气气体温度和亚硫酸钙浓度、以及较高的浆液温度有利于亚硫酸钙的放电氧化。当放电电压为14 k V、亚硫酸钙浆液初始浓度0.01 mol/L时,放电氧化仅采用0.7 m3/h曝气量就可使其氧化率达到空气自氧化采用1.4 m3/h曝气量时的氧化率的1.49~1.59倍。当放电氧化的浆液浓度为空气自氧化的2倍时,其氧化率为空气自氧化的1.2~1.5倍,在降低工艺投资和运营成本方面具有明显优势。In order to investigate the oxidation effect of ozone produced by plasma activated air on calcium sulfite in desulfurization slurry, using a surface discharge plasma generator, we experimentally measured the influences of several factors, including discharge voltage, aeration quantity, aeration gas temperature, calcium sulfite slurry concentration, and calcium sulfite slurry temperature. The results show that, for calcium sulfite slurry concentration of 0.01 mol/L at room temperature, the oxidation was effective when the treatment conditions were at discharge voltage of 15 kV and aeration quantity of 1.0 m3/h. It is concluded that the lower aeration gas temperature, lower calcium sulfite slurry concentration, and higher calcium sulfite slurry temperature are favorable for the oxidation. When the discharge voltage is 14 kV and the calcium sulfite slurry concentration is 0.01 mol/L, the oxidation rate with 0.7 m3/h aeration quantity is 1.49-1.59 times as much as that with aeration quantity of 1.4 m3/h. When the calcium sulfite slurry concentration is the double of that of the air oxidation experiment, the oxidation rate of discharge oxidation is 1.2-1 .5 times as much as that of air oxidation. Moreover, discharge oxidation possesses obvious advantages in technology investment and operation cost of process.
