摘　　要：目的:建立维吾尔药-肉豆蔻衣中甘密脂素B的HPLC含量测定方法,以便控制其质量。方法:色谱柱:Sun FireTM C18,(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(52∶48),流速:1.0ml·min^(-1),柱温:30℃,检测波长:228.4 nm。结果:甘密脂素B浓度在3.98~79.60μg·ml^(-1)范围内线性良好(r=0.999 2),甘密脂素B的平均回收率为99.89%,RSD=1.11%(n=6)。结论:该方法准确、可靠、重复性好,可作为维吾尔药-肉豆蔻衣的质量控制方法。Objective： To establish an HPLC method for determining nectanddn B in Uygur medicine Arillus Myristicae. Methods： The analysis was performed on a SunFire^TM C18 column （ 150mm×4.6mm,5μm） at 30℃ using methanol/water （52：48） as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 ml·min^-1 with the UV detection wavelength at 228.4 nm. Results： The linear range of nectandrin B was 3.98 -79.60μg·ml^-1 （r =0.999 2）. The average recovery was 99.89% with RSD of 1.11% （n =6）. Conclusion： The method is accurate, convenient and reproducible in the determination of nectandrin B in Uygur medicine Arillus Myristicae.
