摘　　要：在构建导弹装备研制风险评价指标体系的基础上,针对专家在研制风险评价过程中很难对各个评价指标给出精确数值的问题,提出一种基于二元语义的评价方法。该方法不仅可以为专家给出评价意见提供便利,而且可以有效避免评价信息在分析处理过程中的信息丢失。通过实例对该方法进行了验证,结果表明,该方法科学有效、实用可靠,可对导弹装备研制风险作出客观、合理的评价。By constructing the risk assessment index system of missile equipment development,an evaluation method based on two-tuple linguistic information is put forward,in order to solve the to the problem that experts can hardly give precise numerical of each evaluation index in the process of risk evaluation.The method can not only provide convenience for experts to give opinions,but also avoid the loss of evaluation information in the process of analyzing and disposing effectively. The method is verified by an example. The results show that,the method is scientific,effective,practical and reliable,and can be used for the evaluation of the risk assessment of missile equipment development objectively and reasonably.
