摘  要:采用Ross-Miles法对32种表面活性剂工业品进行了泡沫性能室内评价。结果表明,表面活性剂CA具有强起泡性能;将表面活性剂CA,HM,EB进行复配,三者产生协同作用,界面活性增加,起泡和稳泡性能好;当CA/HM/EB复配表面活性剂浓度为4 000 mg/L,CA/HM/EB质量比为7∶4∶2时,最大起泡体积为460 m L,半衰期为27.72 min,平衡时油水界面张力为7.9×10^(-2)m N/m。Laboratory evaluation on the foaming properties of 32 industrial surfactants was carried out with Ross- Miles method,and the results of evaluation have shown that Surfactant CA has good foaming property.Surfactants CA,HM and EB were compounded,and the results have shown that synergy exists between the three surfactants,which leads to the improvement of interfacial activity,foaming property and foam stability.When the concentration of compounded CA / HM / EB surfactant is 4 000 mg / L and the mass ratio of CA / HM / EB is 7: 4: 2,the maximum foaming volume is 460 m L,the half life period is 27. 72 min,and the oil- water interfacial tension at equilibrium is 7. 9 × 10(-2)m N / m.
