摘 要:以丙烯酰胺(AM)、丙烯酸(AA)、2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)为单体,用次亚磷酸钠-过硫酸铵作引发剂,采用快速干燥法合成了固体AM/AA/AMPS三元微缓凝降失水剂,确定了共聚物的合成条件为:AM/AA/AMPS的物质的量比为3∶1∶3,体系p H为7.5,引发剂加量为原料总质量的0.2%,聚合反应温度为70℃,反应时间约5 min。通过红外光谱分析验证了三元共聚物的结构。合成的降失水剂具有较好的降滤失能力,70℃添加0.5%三元降失水剂可将水泥浆失水控制在50 m L以下,有微缓凝现象,延缓稠化时间约70 min。该降失水剂能使稠化曲线更趋于直角稠化,稠化曲线无鼓包等不良现象,能防止气窜的发生,对水泥浆、水泥石其他性能无较大影响,适用于页岩气水平井固井施工。A solid AM / AA / AMPS ternary micro retarding filtrate reducer was synthesized with acrylamide( AM),acrylic acid( AA),and 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropane sulfonic acid( AMPS) as the monomers,sodium hypophosphite-ammonium persulfate as the initiator in a fast drying process,the synthesis conditions were identified as follows: the molar ratio of AM / AA / AMPS is 3: 1: 3,the p H value of the system is 7. 5,the addition of initiator accounts for 0. 2% of the total mass of materials,the polymerization reaction temperature is70 ℃,the reaction time is about 5 min,and the structure of the terpolymer is characterized by IR spectroscopy. The synthesized filtrate reducer has good filtrate loss reduction capacity. When 0. 5% of this ternary filtrate reducer was added to the cement slurry at 70 ℃,the water loss of cement slurry was controlled below 50 m L,and micro retarding occured with the thickening time being prolonged by 70 min. This filtrate reducer makes the thickening curve trend toward that of right angle thickening with no undesirable tendencies of bulge,etc. on the thickening curve. It can prevent gas channeling,has no significant effect on other properties of cement slurry or cement paste,and is applicable for use in shale gas horizontal well cementing construction.
