泡沫压裂液在志丹地区延长组长6油田适用性研究

摘  要:针对志丹地区延长组长6油田油层岩心,配制了泡沫压裂液。通过室内评价试验,探讨了泡沫压裂液静滤失、动滤失对志丹地区延长组长6油层岩心渗透率的影响,及其破胶液对裂缝导流能力的伤害程度。结果表明,泡沫压裂液静滤失对岩心渗透率损害率达44.7%,对地层具有一定的伤害,但该压裂液动滤失对岩心渗透率几乎没有伤害;在地层条件下破胶液对裂缝导流能力伤害率为4.35%,影响较小。该泡沫压裂液对该地区的油气田增产开发有很大的适用性。A foam fracturing fluid was prepared against the core of oil layer of Chang 6 Reservior of Yanchang Group in Zhidan Area. The effects of the static filtration and dynamic filtration on the core permeability of Chang 6 Reservoir of Yanchang Group in Zhidan Area as well as the damage to the fracture flow capacity caused by the gel breaker were studied through laboratory evaluation. The results of study have shown that the percent of damage to the core permeability caused by the static filtration of the foam fracturing fluid reached44. 7%,meaning it caused the damage to the formation to some extent,that the static filtration of the foam fracturing fluid caused little or no damage to the core permeability,and that the percent of damage of the gel breaker to the fracture flow capacity was 4. 35% at the formation conditions,meaning the effect of the gel breaker on the fracture flow capacity was small. It can be seen that this foam fracturing fluid is very helpful for increasing the oil and gases production in the oil and gas field of this area.
