摘  要:以KT-02型Ni/Si O2为催化剂,催化间二硝基苯加氢制备间苯二胺,考察了反应温度、反应压力、催化剂用量及反应物浓度等因素对加氢反应的影响。结果表明,以甲醇为溶剂,加入适量催化剂在100-110℃、1.5 MPa氢气条件下反应45 min,间二硝基苯转化率大于99%,间苯二胺选择性大于98%。m- Phenylene diamine was prepared by catalytically hydrogenating m- dinitrobenzene with KT- 02 supported Ni / Si O2 as the catalyst,and the effects of reaction temperature,reaction pressure,catalyst usage,and the concentration of reactant,etc. on the hydrogenation reaction were studied. The results of study have shown that the conversion of m- dinitrobenzene is greater than 99% and the selectivity of m- phenylene diamine is greater than 98% after subjecting m- dinitrobenzene to the hydrogenation reaction at 100 to 110 ℃and 1. 5 MPa hydrogen pressure with methanol as the solvent for 45 min.
