摘 要:目的通过对广州市某印刷包装企业职业病危害控制效果评价,提出相应的控制技术和措施,并探讨适用于职业病危害评价的化学品分类控制技术。方法运用化学品分类控制技术原理,对印刷包装企业的生产工艺和作业环境进行职业卫生调查和职业病危害因素检测,分析职业病危害因素的危害程度,评价职业病危害防护措施及其效果。结果对印刷包装企业各岗位存在的化学毒物进行了分析,判断各岗位的危险度和暴露级别,通过全面通风、工程控制、密闭控制等可有效控制和消除印刷企业职业病危害。结论化学品分类控制技术运用到建设项目职业病危害评价中,可为预防、控制和监督工业企业职业病危害提供科学依据。Objective To find out suitable control technique and measures,and to explore control banding by effect- assessment for occupational hazard control in the package printery. Methods The rule of hazard analysis and control banding was used in the research program. Field researches of technological process and working environment in package printery were surveyed. And the chemical factors of occupational harmfulness of all working posts were identified. The harmful levels of occupational hazards and the effect of protective measures were evaluated. Results Through the analysis of the job of the printing and packaging enterprises of chemical toxicants,the positions of the hazard and exposure level were judged.Through a comprehensive ventilation and control engineering and the closed control,occupational hazard of package printery could be effectively controlled and eliminated. Conclusion Control banding can be applied to assessment for occupational hazard in construction projects,and to provide scientific basis for the prevention,control and supervision of occupational hazards in industrial enterprises.
