摘 要:目的评价某公司电子级玻璃纤维建设项目职业病危害因素存在情况及控制效果。方法通过查阅资料、职业卫生现场调查、职业卫生现场检测、职业健康检查、检查表分析法、工程分析法、综合分析法等方法,对该项目作业人员的职业病危害因素接触水平、职业病危害防护设施效果以及职业卫生管理措施等进行评价。结果该建设项目存在多种职业病危害因素,经现场检测碳酸钠、二氧化硫、氨、一氧化碳、硫化氢、二氧化氮、煤尘、其他粉尘、石灰石尘、高温、各工种作业工人接触噪声的等效声级合格率均为100.00%;玻璃棉尘超标2个点,合格率为91.67%;矽尘超标1个点,合格率为88.89%;工作场所噪声强度为53.9~107.4 d B(A),有5个检测点噪声强度超过85 d B(A)。结论该建设项目采用先进装备和工艺技术,各项职业病防护措施基本符合国家相关法律法规要求。从职业病防护角度分析,本项目基本可行。Objective This paper evaluate the occupational hazards of an electronic- grade glass fiber object. Methods To evaluate the exposure levels of occupational hazards,protection of occupational hazards and management measures of occupational health,surveys were conducted on the scenes by occupational hygienic method,main occupational hazards testing and analysis method,occupational medical examination,check table method,engineering analysis method and the comprehensive analysis method. Results There were several occupational hazard items in this object. After survey,acceptability rate of sodium carbonate,sulfur dioxide,ammonia,carbon monoxide,hydrogen sulfide,nitrogen dioxide,coal,other dusts,limestone dust,high temperature and equivalent sound level of workers were 100. 00%; glass- fiber dust exceed 2% of standard level,the acceptability rate was 91. 67%; silicious dust exceed 1% of standard level,the acceptability rate was 88. 89%; Workplace noise intensity was 53. 9- 107. 4 d B( A),including 5 testing spots beyond 85 d B( A).Conclusion Advanced equipment and technology are used in this object. All of protection measures of occupational hazards fit the relevant state laws and regulations. In the view of occupational hazards,this project is basically feasible.
