摘 要:目的对某拉链生产项目产生的职业病危害因素的种类和程度进行识别和判断,分析和评价职业病危害防护措施及效果。方法根据现行有效法律法规和标准规范的要求,采用职业卫生现场调查、职业卫生检测、职业健康检查、检查表分析法等方法,对该项目进行评价。结果该企业在生产过程中存在的职业病危害因素有化学毒物(苯、甲苯、二甲苯、环己酮、正己烷、异丙醇、氨、氰化物、氢氧化钠)、粉尘(其他粉尘)、噪声;检测结果:化学毒物、粉尘浓度均符合国家职业接触限值要求,噪声存在超标现象,合格率为58%。结论该建设项目职业病危害风险定性为较重项目,在确保各类职业病防护设施正常有效运行情况下,并落实控评报告补充措施和建议情况下,该建设项目职业病危害控制措施是可行的。Objective To identify and judge the types and levels of occupational hazards existed in the zipper production project,analyze and evaluate the occupational diseases prevention measures and effect. Methods The project was evaluated by the methods of occupational field investigation,detection,occupational health examination and checklist. Results The occupational hazards included chemical poisons such as benzene,toluene,xylene,cyclohexanone,sodium hydroxide,n- hexane,isopropyl alcohol,ammonia,cyanide,dust( other dusts) and noise. Test results showed that the chemical poisons and dust were in line with the occupational exposure limits. The noise exceeded the occupational exposure limits. The qualified rate of noise was 58%. Conclusion The project is more serious occupational hazards. The project is feasible from the view of occupational health. The project is the effective measures and the normal operation of production equipments.
