摘 要:以粉煤灰为原料、高岭土为黏结剂,碳酸氢钠为造孔剂制备粉煤灰基多孔陶瓷粒。利用多孔陶瓷粒作为大气综合采样泵的捕集载体,研究多孔陶瓷粒对大气细颗粒物的捕集效果。考察了烧结温度、保温时间、黏结剂用量及造孔剂用量对粉煤灰基多孔陶瓷粒的捕集功能的影响。研究结果表明,在造孔剂用量30%、黏结剂用量5%、煅烧温度950℃、保温时间1h条件下,制得的粉煤灰基多孔陶瓷粒对大气细颗粒物有较好的捕集滤除效果,测试滤除率最大可达到46%。Fly ash based porous ceramic particles was prepared using fly ash as raw material, kaolin as binder, sodium bicarbonate as pore former. The effect of porous ceramic particles on the atmospheric fine particle trapping was studied using porous ceramic particles as comprehensive atmospheric sampling pump trapping vector. The influence of sintering temperature, holding time, dosage of binder and pore forming agent dosage on fly ash based porous ceramic particle trapping features were investigated. The result showed that fly ash based porous ceramic particles had best trapping removal effect on the atmospheric fine particles at pore-forming agent of 30%, binder of 5%, 950 ℃ and holding time of 1 h. Under the condition, the removal rate could reach to 46%.
