摘 要:目的测定替加环素对肺炎支原体的抑菌浓度。方法收集患者呼吸道分泌物标本,通过实时定量聚合酶链式反应(PCR)和固-液交替培养法获取纯化肺炎支原体菌株,用微量肉汤稀释法测定抗生素的最抵抑菌浓度(MIC),选用四环素等药物作对比。结果共获取31株肺炎支原体,替加环素MIC_(50)为0.25μg·mL^(-1),MIC_(90)为0.5μg·mL^(-1),米诺环素MIC_(50)、MIC_(90)均为0.5μg·mL^(-1),四环素MIC_(50)、MIC_(90)均为0.5μg·mL^(-1)。结论替加环素对肺炎支原体有较好的抗菌效应,敏感性优于四环素和米诺环素。Objective To determine the inhibitory concentration of tige- cyclineagainst Mycoplasma pneumoniae (Mp) in vitro. Methods Respir- atorysecretionsamples were collected from patients with respiratory tract infections. Real time polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and agar - solu- tion culture were performed to obtain purified Mp isolates. The minimum inhibitory concentrations (MIC) of antibiotics were determined by broth microdilution. Tetracycline and other antibiotics were used as contrasts. Results Thirty - one Mp isolates were acquired. MIC50 of tigecy- eline for Mp was 0. 25 μg·mL-1 , and MIC9o was 0. 5 μg·mL-1 , while MIC50 and MIC9o of minocycline were both 0.5 μg·mL-1, and MIC50 and MIC90 of tetracycline wereboth 0. 5 μg·mL-1. Conclusion Tige- cyclineshowedgood antibacterial effect towards Mp. Mp was more suscep- tible to tigecycline than to tetracycline and rninocycline.
