摘　　要：介绍了重介质旋流器选煤在当前煤炭洗选行业中的重要地位,针对重介质选煤生产中能耗的问题,从工作压力、悬浮液密度等方面对旋流器进行了探讨,从根本上提出了相应的节能优化设计方案,并对其进行了现场验证分析,从而推动了重介质旋流器选煤技术装备的发展。Introduces the dense medium cyclone coal preparation in the important position of the current coal washing and industry, in view of the heavy medium coal preparation after the energyconsumption in production, from the work pressure and slurry density of cyclone are discussed, fundamentally put forward the corresponding energy saving optimization design, and the on-sitevalidation analysis, thus promote the dense medium cyclone coal preparation technology and equipment development.
