海南省2005—2014年孕产妇死亡率变化趋势分析

摘　　要：目的研究海南省2005—2014年孕产妇死亡率变化趋势,为降低孕产妇死亡率提供科学依据。方法利用海南省孕产妇监测三级网络收集2005—2014年孕产妇死亡资料,分析孕产妇死亡变化趋势及不同地区间孕产妇死亡率差异。结果 2005—2014年海南省监测活产103 3181人,孕产妇死亡269例,孕产妇死亡率为26.04/10万,年下降率为5.96%,总体孕产妇死亡率呈现下降趋势;孕产妇死亡率下降幅度城市大于农村,汉区孕产妇死亡率小于少数民族地区。结论海南省孕产妇死亡率2005—2014年呈下降趋势,但现阶段处于下降"平台期"。Objective To analyze the trend and level of maternal mortality rate （MMR） from 2005 to 2014 in Hainan province and to provide evidences for reducing MMR. Methods Data on MMR during the period from 2005 to 2014 in Hainan province were collected from maternal surveillance networks at three administrative levels and change trend and regional difference in MMR were analyzed Results Totally 103 3181 live births and 269 maternal deaths were registered in Hainan during the period,with an average MMR of 26. 04/100 000,which was lower than the average national level, and an average annual reduction rate of 5. 96%. The MMR in urban areas declined faster than that in the rural areas. The MMR in regions with Han populations was lower than those with minority populations. Conclusion MMR decreased ob- viously in Hainan province in the last decade and it is in a stable reduction period.
