摘  要:以某电站高压导汽管用P91钢为研究对象,对其分别进行常规单轴拉伸试验和常温小冲杆试验,通过试验标定法和逆向有限元法对小冲杆试验结果进行标定,得到了试验钢的屈服强度和抗拉强度,并与单轴拉伸试验结果进行对比。结果表明:试验标定法标定得到的屈服强度和抗拉强度与单轴拉伸试验结果的偏差分别为8.6%和21%,而逆向有限元法标定得到的屈服强度和抗拉强度与单轴拉伸试验结果的偏差均为-2%,逆向有限元法对小冲杆试验结果的标定精度更高。Ordinal uniaxial tensile test and room-temperature small punch test were carried out on P91 steel used in high-pressure steam conducting pipe in a power plan.The small punch tested results were calibrated through experimental calibration method and reversed finite element method,thus yield strength and tensile strength of the tested steel were got;The calibration results were compared with the results got from uniaxial tensile test.The results show that the yield strength deviation and tensile strength deviation from experiment calibration and uniaxial tensile test were 8.6%and 21%,respectively;While the yield strength deviation and tensile strength deviation from reversed finite element method and uniaxial tensile test all were-2%.Reversed finite element owns higher accuracy for calibrating small punch test results.
