摘 要:使用热模拟试验机对热镀锌钢板和6061铝合金板的压力焊接试验进行模拟,研究了焊接温度(390~490℃)对接头组织和拉伸性能的影响,分析了不同焊接温度下接头界面层的微区成分。结果表明:随着焊接温度升高,界面层中的铝锌二元化合物逐渐减少,铁铝金属间化合物逐渐生成,接头的剪切力先减小后增大;当焊接温度为390℃时,界面层主要由铝锌二元化合物组成,接头的剪切力最大,为6.45kN;当焊接温度为430℃时,接头的剪切力最小,为4.39kN;焊接温度超过430℃后,界面层中的铝锌二元化合物完全消失,主要为铁铝金属间化合物,接头的剪切力又开始增大。The pressure welding of hot dip galvanized steel sheet and 6061 aluminum sheet was simulated by using thermal simulation machine.The effects of welding temperature(390-490 ℃)on microstructure and tensile properties of the joint were researched;And the composition of interface layer at different welding temperature was analyzed.The results show that the Al-Zn binary compound gradually decreased and Fe-Al intermetallic compound gradually generated in the interface layer and shear force of the joint first decreased and then increased with the increase of welding temperature.When welding temperature was 390 ℃,the interface layer consisted of Al-Zn binary compound,and the joint owned the maximum shear force of 6.45 kN.The shear force decreased to the minimum value which was 4.39 kN at the welding temperature of 430℃.When the temperature was above 430℃,Al-Zn binary compound in the interface layer disappeared completely,the interface layer was mainly composed of Fe-Al intermetallic compounds,and the shear force of the joint increased again.
