摘 要:目的对洛阳地区全血献血者中HBsAg与ALT检测结果进行分析,为制定合理的无偿献血招募策略提供依据。方法对2008-2010年全血献血者的血液进行HBsAg、ALT检测,检测结果按月进行分析。结果洛阳地区2008-2010年全血献血者HBsAg不合格率为0.18%,ALT不合格率为1.07%,两者不合格率差异显著(P<0.05),未发现ALT和HBsAg均不合格标本。HBsAg不合格率各月间差异较小;ALT不合格率各月间差异明显,1月份最高,自2月开始下降,3月最低,从8、9月开始缓缓上升。结论 ALT是本站血液报废的主要原因,ALT升高与HBsAg感染无明显相关性,工作人员在招募献血者时,应加大无偿献血知识宣传,使献血员做好献血前准备,提高ALT合格率,减少因ALT升高造成的不必要血液浪费。Objectives To analyze the testing results of the blood donors in Luoyang for HBsAg and ALT so as to provide data support for reasonable strategy of donors recruitment. Methods The whole blood donations between 2008 and2010 were tested for HBsAg and ALT,and the testing results were analyzed by month. Results The 0. 18% of the blood donations were tested reactive for HBsAg and 1. 07% were abnormal for ALT,which were significantly different from each other( P 〈 0. 05). No donation was unqualified because of both HBa Ag and ALT. The difference between months was not obvious for the reactive rate of HBsAg,but obvious for ALT abnormal rate. The ALT abnormal rate peaked January and then decreased from February which come to the bottom in March and increase gradually from August and September. Conclusions Abnormal ATL is the main cause for blood unqulification and there is no obvious relationship between HBV infection and increased ALT. The staff working on blood donor recruitment should strength publicity of the knowledge of non-remunerated blood donation and help the donors prepare well for blood donation so as to increase the qualification rate of collected blood and decease the blood waste because of abnormal ALT.
