摘 要:目的分析绵阳地区2008-2010年志愿无偿献血趋势及献血者及献血者人群结构特点,为建立科学的志愿无偿献血者招募策略,进一步加强无偿献血招募工作提供科学依据。方法提取研究阶段内对绵阳地区献血数据及献血者人口统计学数据,分析三年间无偿献血人次的变化趋势以及各类人群献血人次的构成百分比,并按月分析各类人群献血人次的变化趋势。结果本地区研究阶段内志愿无偿献血人次逐年递增,男性略多于女性,以汉族人群为主,教育程度为高中及高中以下者献血人次比例较高,大学及以上比例较低;自由职业者及学生是无偿献血主力军,公务员和医务人员比例较低。结论 2008-2010年绵阳地区献血人次逐年增加,可以保障当地临床用血需求。制定有针对性的无偿献血招募策略,加大对大学本科及以上学历人员,公务员和医务人员等的宣传招募力度,提高这些人员的献血比例,在这些人员中建立一支稳定的志愿无偿重复献血者队伍,对应对季节性缺血等问题,减少输血传染性风险,保障血液安全具有重要意义。Objective To analyze the trend in blood donation and the population structure of blood donor in Mianyang between 2008 and 2010,and to provide evidence on a scientific basis for the promotion of voluntary blood donation. Methods The blood donation and donor demographic data were collected to analyze the trends in the number of donations and percentage of various groups of donors by calendar months from 2008 to 2010. Results Volunteer blood donors had been increasing year by year in Mianyang,in which male donors slightly outnumbered more than female donors. The population is largely made up of Han nationality. The blood donors with a high school or less than high school educational level accounted for a large proportion,while donors with a college and above educational level accounted for a lower proportion. Freelancers and students occupied a large proportion,while government employees and healthcare personnels had a lower proportion. Conclusion Volunteer blood donors in Mianyang had increased year by year in 2008-2010,which could fulfill local clinical blood demands. Aggrandizing the recruitment promotion to people with college and above educational level,government employees and healthcare personnels,would increase the proportion of those donors and establish a stable team of volunteer blood donors. Formulating a targeted strategy for blood donor recruitment carries important significance in responding to seasonal blood shortage,reducing the risk of transmissible transfusion and ensuring blood safety.
