摘  要:从陕西宝鸡某奶牛场患乳房炎的奶牛中采取奶样46份,用于分离与鉴定致奶牛乳房炎的病原菌。采用牛津杯法和试管二倍稀释法对引起奶牛乳房炎致病菌的体外抑菌作用。结果显示:本试验分离鉴定出金黄色葡萄球菌、停乳链球菌、表皮葡萄球菌及致病性大肠杆菌;苦豆草提取物对致奶牛乳房炎的病原菌(金黄色葡萄球菌、停乳链球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、致病性大肠杆菌)的最低抑菌质量浓度(MIC)分别为2.340、0.585、2.340、4.687mg/L,最低杀菌质量浓度(MBC)均为9.375mg/L。结果表明:苦豆草提取物在体外具有明显的抑菌作用。The purpose of this study was to evaluate the antibacterial effect of sophora alopecuroides extract on mastitis pathogens in vitro. Forty six sterile milk sample from Shaanxi Baoji in dairy mastitis cows were used to isolate and identify mastitis pathogenic bacteria. The anti-bacterial effect of sophora alopecuroides extracts were tested by Oxford cup and tube double dilution method in vitro. In 4 identified pathogenic bacteria,such as Str. dysgalactiae,S, aureus,S, epiderrnidis and E. coli, the minimum inhibition concentration (MIC) of sophora alopecuroides extracts for 4 bacteria was 2. 340,0. 585,2. 340 and 4. 687 mg/L, respectively. The minimal bactericidal concen- tration (MBC) of sophora alopecuroides extracts for 4 bacteria was 9. 375 g/L,indicating that sophora alopecuroides extracts had obvious bacteriostatic effect on 4 bacteria in vitro.
