摘 要:为研究VC、VE、γ-氨基丁酸(γ-aminobutyric acid,GABA)、KHCO3抗应激复合添加剂对出栏肉牛抗应激的作用效果。选择16头健康、体况相近、体质量(430±20)kg的14月龄杂交肉牛,随机分为4组:A组(饲喂添加剂运输)、B组(饲喂添加剂不运输)、C组(不饲喂添加剂运输)、D组(不饲喂添加剂不运输),A和B组每头牛添加VC、VE、GABA、KHCO3的剂量分别为4、2、1.2、6g/d,每日在饲料中添加1次,连续饲喂7d后进行8h、50~60km/h、2℃和相对湿度51%的公路运输,之后进行血清细胞因子、激素以及HSP70的检测。结果显示,运输应激后C组的IL-2浓度显著高于A、B和D三组(P〈0.05);A和C组的IL-4、IL-10浓度显著低于B和D两组(P〈0.05),A组与C组相比显著升高(P〈0.05);A和C组的TNF-α浓度显著低于B和D两组(P〈0.05);A和C组的血清中ACTH浓度显著高于B和D两组(P〈0.05),A组与C组相比血清中ACTH浓度显著降低(P〈0.05);C组的血清中GC浓度显著高于A、B和D三组(P〈0.05);A和C组HSP70(热休克蛋白70)mRNA表达量显著高于B和C组(P〈0.05),A组显著低于C组(P〈0.05);A和C组HSP70蛋白显著高于B、D组(P〈0.05)。结果表明,8h、50~60km/h、2℃和相对湿度51%公路运输后能引起出栏肉牛出现应激反应,影响机体免疫系统;抗应激添加剂可以缓解出栏肉牛由运输引起的应激。This study was designend to evaluate the effect of anti-stress complex additive (VC,VE, GABA, KHCO3) on beef cattle resistanting to stress. Fourteen-months cross beef cattles(n = 16; BM: (430±20)kg) were randomly divided into four groups: A (complex additive with transported) ;B (complex additive without transported);C(without complex additive but transported);D (without complex additive and no transported). First,each cattle in A and B groups was fed with 4 g VC,2 g VE, 1.2 g GABA,6 g KHCOa,once-daily for seven days, then, transported for eight hours. Last,cytokines,hormones and HSP70 were measured. The result indicated that IL-2 levels of group C were significantly higher(P(0.05)than that of groups A,B,and D;IL-4 and IL-10 levels of group A and C were significantly lower (P〈0.05)than that of groups B,and D,group A were significantly higher(P〈0.05)than that of group C;TNF-α levels of group A and C were significantly lower(P〈0.05)than that of groups B and D;on the contrary,ACTH levels of group A and C were significantly higher(P〈0.05)than that of groups B and D,while group A was signifi- cantly lower(P〈0.05) than that of groups C;GC levels of group C were significantly higher (P〈0.05)than that of groups B and D; HSP70 mRNA expression of group A and C was significantly higher than that of groups B and D,while group A was significantly lower(P〈0.05)than that of groups C;HSP70 protein expression of groups A and C was significantly higher(P〈0.05)than that of groups B and D. The results indicate that transportation for eight hours can cause beef cattle stress reaction,which affect the body immune system, while anti-stress additive can alleviate stress eqused by transportation.
