空间公共品博弈下孵化器区域性联盟稳定性仿真

摘　　要：孵化器区域性联盟促进各成员资源共享与交流合作,而联盟的稳定性受到多种因素影响。针对孵化器联盟的空间邻近特性,利用空间公共品博弈模型对联盟进行了建模,分析了公共品回报乘数、合作孵化乘数、联合惩罚对联盟稳定性的影响。结果表明:独立孵化的利润率位于某一区间内时,独立孵化稳定策略的比例随利润率的提高而增加;公共品回报乘数、合作孵化乘数只有超出各自临界值时,才能分别提高资源共享、合作孵化稳定策略的比例;资源共享的孵化器具有簇状空间分布特性,合作孵化的孵化器具有丝状空间分布特性;联合惩罚机制下,惩罚价格只有大于某一阈值时,才能增加联盟内资源共享稳定策略的比例。根据分析结果,提出了孵化器区域性联盟管理实践中促进资源共享与合作孵化的政策建议。Regional alliance among business incubators promotes resource sharing, communication and cooperation, but many factors affect the stability of alliance. According to the space adjacent properties of regional alliance among business incubators, it utilized spatial public goods games to model alliance and analyzed the impact of public goods return multiplier, cooperation hatch multiplier and joint punishment on the stability of alliance. The results show that the proportion of independent hatching stable strategies raises along with the increasing of profit margin when profit margin is located in an interval; the proportion of resource sharing stable strategies and cooperation hatching stable strategies increase respectively only when public goods return multiplier and cooperation hatch multiplier exceed their critical value; incubators of sharing resource have spatial distribution of clusters feature and incubators of cooperation hatching have spatial distribution of filamentous feature; the proportion of resource sharing stable strategies increases only when the penalty price is greater than a certain threshold under the joint punishment mechanism. Based on the analysis, it puts forward policy suggestions to promote resource sharing and cooperation hatching in management practice of regional alliance among business incubators .
