大型下颌骨囊肿开窗置管引流联合二期刮除术的围手术期护理体会

摘　　要：目的 探讨大型下颌骨囊肿开窗置管引流联合二期刮除术的围手术期护理方法和效果。方法 对35例大型上颌骨囊肿患者采取开窗置管引流联合二期刮除术,在治疗过程中改进护理用具,加强围手术期护理,并安排专人随访。结果 本组病例在开窗置管引流术后平均13.4个月进行二次手术,二次手术后随访3-4.5年,患者面部外形改善明显,且无复发,无病理性骨折、下唇麻木等并发症发生。结论 大型下颌骨囊肿患者治疗周期长,患者心理压力大,采取及时有效的护理措施、改良护理用具和进行有效的随访,有利于增加患者的治疗信心和遵医行为,降低并发症的发生。OBJECTIVE Aim To discuss the perioperative nursing care of large mandible bone cysts in tube inserting fenestration and second stage curettage. METHODS 35 patients with large mandible bone cysts were treated with tube inserting fenestration and second stage curettage, using positive nursing measures and improving nursing devices and fallow-up visit. RESULTS Carry out second stage operation after 13.4 months in average with 3-4.5 years＇ follow-up visit, facial appearance was improved obviously, with no relapse and complications, such as pathological fracture and labium numbness. CONCLUSION The treatment of large mandible bone cysts cost a long period of time, causing patients＇ mental pressure, however, effective nursing management and improved nursing devices, together with efficient follow-up visit, which could improve patients＇ confidence and compliance behavior and reduce the incidence of complication.
