摘  要:为了研究前驱体因素对Cu/Al_2O_3的HCN催化水解性能的影响,考察了铜盐前驱体种类和前驱体溶液浓度对催化剂脱除HCN的规律变化,并探究了焙烧温度和反应温度对催化水解HCN的影响。采用浸渍法制备了Cu/Al_2O_3催化剂,并采用BET、SEM、XRD和XPS等对催化剂进行了表征。实验结果表明,以乙酸铜为前驱体制备的催化剂因具有较好的孔结构和较多的Cu O负载量,使其相较其他3种铜盐表现出了最好的催化活性。当乙酸铜前驱体溶液浓度为0.050 mol·L-1,焙烧温度为400℃时,催化剂的催化活性最高。反应温度越高,越有利于提升催化活性。反应温度为250℃时,催化剂对HCN的脱除效率即达到96%以上。可见,以乙酸铜为前驱体制备的催化剂用于低温催化水解HCN效果理想,具有较好的应用前景。The catalytic hydrolysis of HCN on Cu/A12O3 was investigated through the variation of the cop- per salt precursor, precursor solution concentration, calcination temperature, and reaction temperature. The cat- alysts were prepared using the impregnation method, and characterized by BET, SEM, XRD, and XPS. The re- suits indicate that Cu/A12O3 prepared from a copper acetate precursor had the best performance because of its en- hanced pore structure and higher CuO content. When the precursor solution concentration was 0. 050 mol · L-1, and the calcination temperature was 400 ℃ , the best catalytic activity was achieved. The catalytic activity in- creased as the reaction temperature increased, resulting in an HCN removal efficiency that could exceed 96% at 250 ℃. The Cu/A12O3 catalyst prepared from copper acetate has evidently promising applications in the catalytic hydrolysis of HCN at low temperatures, and it has a good application prospect.
