摘  要:以餐余垃圾作原料,进行连续式中温和高温高固体厌氧消化120 d。将厌氧消化过程分为适应阶段(0~15d),产气速率(GPR)持续上升;启动阶段(中温16~30 d,高温16~36 d),GPR开始下降;抑制阶段(中温31~67 d,高温37~67 d)GRP最小,平均为1.45 L·d-1和2.09 L·d-1;恢复及稳定阶段(68 d^120 d),GPR回升后达到稳定,平均分别为16.55 L·d-1和19.03 L·d-1。厌氧消化过程中主要存在2种抑制形式:p H抑制和游离氨(FA)抑制,2种温度下厌氧消化抑制情况类似,抑制阶段主要是p H抑制,稳定阶段主要是FA抑制,p H抑制较轻,中温厌氧消化稳定阶段的FA抑制比高温厌氧消化时严重。A mesophilic and thermophilic high-solid anaerobic digestion experiment on kitchen waste was conducted for 120 d. The process was divided into four stages depending on the gas production rate (GPR) , namely, the adaption stage (0 to 15 d), start-up stage (mesophilic 16 to 30 d, thermophilic 16 to 36 d), inhi- bition stage (mesophilic 31 to 67 d, thermophilic 37 to 67 d) , and the restoration and stabilization stage (68 to 120 d). The GPR continued to rise in the adaption stage, started to drop in the start-up stage, whereas during the following two stages, it dropped to 1.45 L ·d-1 and 2.09 L · d-1. Subsequently, the GPR rose rapidly, fi- nally stabilizing at 16.55 L · d-1 and 19.03 L · d-1 for the two operating temperatures (mesophilie and ther- mophilic) , respectively. Two main types of inhibition occurred during the entire AD process, namely, pH inhi- bition (PI) and free ammonia inhibition (FAI). The inhibition condition of AD relevant to the two temperatures was similar, PI mainly occurred in the inhibition stage and FAI mainly occurred in the stabilization stage. How- ever, FAI was more serious of mesophilic AD than that of thermolohilic AD in the stabilization stage.
