摘　　要：基于效用函数的网络带宽资源分配可保证系统吞吐量、用户需求的公平性和稳定性。仿真结果表明,该方案在实际应用中对以往存在的问题有一定的改善和重要意义。Network bandwidth distribution based on utility function is able to ensure system throughput as well as impartiality and stability of users＇ demands. Simulation results show that the program can alleviate previous problems in actual application to a certain degree,and is of great significance as a result.
