摘  要:针对湿喷机喷嘴施工时存在物料混合不均匀的问题,对喷嘴结构进行了初步设计,为获得所设计喷嘴结构参数的最优组合,引入正交试验法对其主要结构参数设计了4因素4水平的试验方案。利用Fluent软件对16组试验方案进行数值模拟,以提高出口成分均匀度为优化目标,利用极差分析法处理实验结果,得到了最优结构参数组合。试验结果表明,优化后的喷嘴出口均匀程度比优化前提高了6.5%,该结果对喷嘴的设计与应用具有指导意义。The material always mixed unevenly in the work progress of wet spraying machinery's nozzle, aiming at solving this problem, structure of nozzle was designed preliminarily. In order to obtain the optimal structural parameters of the nozzle, scheme with 4 factors and 4 levels was designed by using orthogonal experiment method. Taking increasing the material's uniformity as optimization object, the Fluent software was used for the numerical simulation on the 16 groups of structural parameters, and through using the range analysis method to process the ex- perimental results, the optimal structural parameters were obtained. The results showed that the uniformity of optimized nozzle exit increased by 6.5%, which had a guiding significance for the design and application of the nozzle.
