摘 要:为提升CRTSⅢ型板式无砟轨道自密实混凝土施工质量,研究了自密实混凝土灌注方式和模板设计与安装方面的优化措施。结果表明,与轨道板中间孔单点灌注相比,轨道板侧向灌注和预制孔两点灌注能有效缩短灌注时间,但两点灌注方式易在结构内形成空洞,不宜采用;模板转角处设置排气孔比现有方式更利于排气和避免质量缺陷;通过在模板与轨道板间增设厚度1.5~2.0mm的垫片,可有效解决施工过程中的模板四周排气问题。工程应用结果验证了优化措施的有效性。In order to improve the construction quality of self-compacting concrete in CRTSⅢ slab ballastless track, optimization measures for casting ways of self-compacting concrete and formwork design and installation were studied. The results show that both casting from one hole on the side direction of track slab and from two holes on the surface of track slab can shorten the casting time, comparing to the traditional casting way by the middle hole of the surface of track slab. But the way of casting from two holes on the surface of track slab can form cavities in the structure, so it is not recommended. Exhaust vent on the corner of the formwork is more facilitate to release the air in structure and avoid the quality defects occurring on the casting process of self-compacting concrete than existing way of set for exhaust vent. Problem of exhaust around the formwork can be solved by adding gaskets with thickness 1.5 2.0mm between formwork and track slab. The effectiveness of the optimization measures was verified by application in Shenyang to Dandong passenger dedicated lines.
