摘  要:借助数据分析和有限元模拟计算,研究了高参数超超临界汽轮机高压转子在启动和停机过程中的低周疲劳寿命损耗。通过分析现场实测数据,并据此进行有限元模拟,总结出高压转子在机组极冷态启动和常规滑参数停机过程中的热应力分布规律,确定转子的危险区域,并得到危险点的应力在机组启停中的变化规律。结合材料的疲劳特性,计算出转子在一次实际启停循环中的低周疲劳寿命损耗,为今后机组的运行提出建议,为高参数超超临界汽轮机转子的设计及运行控制提供参考和借鉴。The investigation on low cycle fatigue damage of high pressure rotor during cold state start-up and shut-down in high parameter steam turbine was carried out using data analysis and finite element simulation. The distribution of temperature and thermal stress field on rotor under extremely cold start-up operating conditions and during normal shut-down was studied by means of simulation of the field data, and the change rule of thermal stress in weak zone was achieved simultaneously. Furthermore, with the low cycle fatigue curves of the rotor material being used, the low cycle fatigue damage of the rotor in a real start-up or shut-down process can be calculated. This research can provide references for the rotor's design and operation control of high parameter steam turbines.
