摘 要:以Al2O3喷涂粉为原料,采用等离子喷涂工艺制备绝缘轴承陶瓷涂层。研究了Al2O3粉末纯度、涂层厚度、封孔工艺、温度等对涂层绝缘性能的影响。试验结果表明:高纯Al2O3粉末绝缘性能最好;涂层绝缘性能随着涂层厚度的增加而增加,但涂层厚度超过一定范围,涂层与基体结合力、抗冲击能力会下降;封孔处理能显著提高涂层绝缘性能;绝缘电阻值随着温度的升高而下降。The Al2O3 spraying powder is taken as raw material,and the ceramic coating for insulating bearings are prepared by plasma spraying process. The effect of purity of Al2O3 powder,thickness of coating,hole sealing process and temperature on insulating performances of coating is studied. The test results indicate that the best insulting performance is achieved with Al2O3 powder of high purity. The insulting performance of coating is improved with the increase of thickness of coating,the binding force between coating and base; impact resistance capacity is decreased when the thickness exceeds a certain scope. The insulting performance of coating is significantly improved after hole sealing treatment. The insulting resistance is decreased with the increase of temperature.
