摘 要:为了进一步优化表面等离子共振(SPR)传感器响应速度、动态范围等参数,文中采用单色极化光源通过导电衍射光栅,设计一种新型的折射率变化在100 nm/RIV(refractive index unif)量级变化的SPR传感器。分析了SPR共振的原理和传播损耗问题,通过湿度传感应用得出:器件的有效折射率随湿度变化时,反射光谱的共振角就会产生变化,共振角与薄膜折射率基本呈线性关系。对SPR的进一步推广应用具有参考作用。In order to further optimize the surface plasma resonance( SPR) sensor parameters such as fast response,large dynamic range,monochromatic polarized light through the flow channel and the diffraction grating on the conductive were used in this paper.A new type SPR sensor with refractive index changes in 100 nm / RIV was designed.Theoretically,the principle and design of SPR resonance transmission loss problem was analyzed. Through humidity sensing applications,when the effective refractive index changes with humidity,the reflection spectrum of the resonance angel can produce change. Resonance angle and refractive index have basic linear relationship. The research for further popularization and application of SPR has certain theoretical and practical significance.
