摘  要:将两亲性β-环糊精(β-CD)接枝水杨醛类席夫碱聚合物(PHVB-graft-β-CD)在DMF/水(体积比4∶1)中进行自组装,形成内核含有水杨醛席夫碱配体、外壳含有β-CD基团的聚合物胶束(20 mg/m L);水杨醛席夫碱配体与Zn(OAc)2进行配位反应,同时实现胶束内核的交联固定化和荧光功能化;除去溶剂,干燥,将聚合物胶束分散于纯水中(1 mg/m L),利用β-CD基团与客体金刚烷胺盐酸盐(ADA)间的主-客体包络作用,对外壳进行阳离子化修饰。通过UV-Vis、FLL、DLS和TEM分别对聚合物胶束的合成进行了跟踪和表征。结果表明,通过利用金属-配体配位作用和主-客体包络作用,分别对聚合物胶束的内核和外壳进行适当的功能化和修饰,可以获得结构稳定、粒径大小约为47 nm的水分散性阳离子化荧光聚合物胶束纳米粒子。A well-defined β-CD-containing polymeric salicylidene Schiff base PHVB-graft-β-CD could be self-assemble into nanosized micelles( 20 mg / m L) in a solvent mixture of DMF / H2O( volume ration of4∶ 1) with salicylidene Schiff base ligands in the core and β-CD side groups on the shell. Then,the formed micelles were used as nanoreactors to complex with zinc acetate to yield luminescent micelles with ionic cross-linking cores containing salicylidene Schiff base / Zn^2+ complex. The incorporation of salicylaldimine Zn^2+ coordination into the formed polymer micelles not only endowed the micelles with fluorescent feature but also enabled the resulting luminescent micelles to be stabilized through ionic cross-linking in consequence of the salicylaldimine-Zn^2+ coordination in the core of the micelles. After drying to remove solvent,the resultant Zn^2+ cross-linked coordinated micelles could be re-dispersed readily in water to form a micellar solution( 1. 0 mg / m L),and then the shell of as-synthesized micelles was decorated with ammonium groups via the host-guest inclusion of β-CD moieties with 1-adamantanamine( ADA). The luminescence properties and form of the obtained micelles was investigated by UV-Vis spectra( UV-Vis),fluorescence spectra( FLL),dynamic light scattering( DLS),transmission electron microscopy( TEM). The results showed that a water-dispersible fluorescent micelle based on salicylidene Schiff base / Zn^2+ complexes could be obtained with ionic-cross-linked-stabilized structure and aggregate size around 47 nm,which was cross-linked with metal-ligand coordination in the core and incorporated of ammonium groups on the shell via the host-guest inclusion of β-CD moieties with 1-adamantanamine( ADA).
